I've used The Foundation Guys twice for large projects. They demo'd my old deck and replaced. I also had them install new windows. Both times they did amazing jobs. The job site was clean and the workers were respectful of my home. Highly recommend and will definitely use them for future projects.

This is a difficult review to write. Some pieces were phenomenal, while others were pretty terrible. The good: Steve Childers and team were the best I've worked with. Always on time, communicative, consultative, worked efficiently, did great work. Literally not a bad thing to say. They shoveled my sidewalk one morning when it had snowed the night before. The bad: the operations and project management leave a lot to be desired. Surprise separate contractor for gas line work that I had to coordinate and manage separately, plus the additional $1,300 of added cost. Multiple issues calling in inspections. Poor communication throughout the process. Overall: If you're prepared to manage them a bit, you'll get quality work at or slightly above market rate.

An outstanding contractor that I will definitely use again. When upgrading an old wood stove, it was decided to replace the old platform built in the 70's. Hogan rebuilt the platform and did an outstanding tile job on it.

They were really easy to work with, amenable to allowing other trades to do work, and offered a customer-first experience from start to finish. As with all construction, there are always hiccups and unexpected work, but the team at Hogan handled them all with a smile and without upping the price. The five stars are well deserved.
